The area of Inner Brigurd Point starts at the Roman Pier to the mid point water mark before it turns into Brigurd Point and  goes as far south as Stoney Port.

Inner Brigurd point is a sandy area that is good for Lug Worms, mussles and rich seaweed. On the shoreline there used to be a cottage but was demolished in 1990.
