Goldenberry Hill is 140m (459feet) and overlooks the Firth of Clyde and east towards the village of West Kilbride and other nearby towns. The hill gives spectacular views up and down the Clyde and on a good day you can see as far south as Ayr and Ailsa Craig and as far north as the Trossachs.

The hill has many ancient trees, an old early 19th century pathway and many jaggy thistles and Hawthorne bushes. At the top of the hill there is also a trig point and most recently a mobile phone tower.
