Shop
he Shop was part of the south set of buildings, it was directly between central cottage and the telephone shed. The shop was created in the early 1980s to sell merchendise for the castle tours that were open to the public.
In later years the shop was mainly used for storage then became the office for the clan hunter association. The shop is shown as the white door to the bottom right of the image below.
In the late 1990s the whole of the south buildings were converted into flats and the shop dissapeared for good.
