The newest of all the bridges is the one that is below the Oilrig Road, it is not a bridge in the traditional sense, more like a tube below the road. In the early to mid 1970s a large metal pipe was laid into the burn and the road laid on top of it and it is virtually invisible to all that travel on it, the only way you would know there was a burn running below it would be to stand in the burn itself and walk along it or from the fields that are nearby.

It does not have a name, in theory it could also be called the burn gill bridge but it is just known locally as "The Bridge" and that name has stuck.
